Return Policy
Return Policy: We work very hard to ensure that you are happy with the quality of the goods you receive. However, in case you are not happy or satisfied with the goods you receive we will be more than happy to refund you or replace the goods as per your convenience without any questions asked. In the case of refunds, the shipping and handling charges are not-refundable. The goods should be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery of the goods. Please note that the cost of postage for returns is payable by the customer. If there is a damaged item in the package, we will be more than happy to replace it for you. Before returning any goods please contact us first, detailing your order number, product name/item code and reason for return. Shipping Policy Shipping and Handling: Jewellery Jewels Gems 'n More charges a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for all orders. All orders are shipped using all the major parcel carriers including; UPS, EMS, Fedex and Australia Post. Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your country. Our standard parcel carrier is UPS, Fedex, Australia Post and as such you will receive a tracking number for your purchases. We do not ship to post offices boxes, please make sure you use a residential address for shipping purposes. Please note shipping times will vary depending on your location. In most case your order should be received within 7 - 12 business days. Damaged Goods Policy Damaged Goods Policy: Any damaged goods that you receive should be returned to Jewellery Jewels Gems 'n More within 10 days of receiving your items. Please contact us first prior to returning any items. |
