How long will it take for me to receive my items ordered?
A: Depending on your location, in most cases the goods will only take 7 - 12 business days to arrive. However this is not inclusive of the time required for Customs which is country specific. When will I receive confirmation of my order? A: We will e-mail you your order confirmation within 24hrs. Is there a minimum quantity to buy? A: No. You can buy as little or as much as you want. Do I need to register? A: You can browse all the items available in our shop without registering, you only need to register and give us your details when you go through our buying process. Once registered, customers can always log-in to check details of all the orders they have placed. How do I begin shopping in your shop? A: * Start by picking the items you want. * Once you have finished shopping you click on go to Checkout. * You will need to register. * Enter your delivery details and payment options. * Once we receive your order we will check availability and e-mail you your order confirmation. * Delivery will be within 5 - 10 business days upon receipt of payment. If I am not satisfied with the goods ordered, can I return them? A: All items that we sell are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Please review our "Return Policy" in our shop Policies Section. |
